CardSharks are an open-species adoptable series featuring small, game-loving,  magical shark-looking animals with long ears, that were scattered around the world by a powerful magician. They first appear as playing cards with pictures of where they were found, and are able to switch between regular and card form with ease when they have an owner.

"Here's one found around The Geometry Ruins: the Six of Spades card. A lot of the spherical ruins have parts that are submerged, like mini swimming pools of suspiciously precise curvature. This Cshark seems to like it at least. Looks like it found some pearls around as well. I wonder where all those clams came from to produce those pearls, considering this is the middle of he desert and all. Maybe this is actually the source?
