A member of a pheonix-like race from Niraii of Orikal. Rixka can use her Rufonix and Flora mythessence to revive dead plants using spirit fire. The ashes from the fire can also be used to help other plants grow much faster if they're planted in it, albeit with some side effects here and there.
Rixka is modest member of a long line of healers. She trains daily to be able to hone her powers under her mentors, but she struggles with it. Specifically she only barely has control over her fire, which has accidentally razed some woodlands in the past. As a result, she mostly stays around the area of her home, near the water, just in case. At least she can fly around there without singing anything when her wings come out.
She is rather smiley, and it's hard to catch her without one. So hard in fact, no ones really seen her unhappy before. It's never brought up though because there's never really been a problem with her near constant optimistic attitude.
